Five young women working as novelists, story writers and poets in South Africa come together to talk literature and share stories.

Storied Women has an agenda: Invite five young, black and brown women writers to reflect on their processes, challenges and achievements in an effort to foster collaboration, support and community through the sharing of stories.

The Creative Writing Programme at the University of Cape Town hosts the 'Decolonization and Literature' series. The programme invites writers to reflect on the current moment and the status of writing in SA. Students and the university are invited in turn to engage with those working in the profession.
