A closing event for Sounding the Void, Imaging the Orchestra V.1

A conversation between Curator of Sounding the Void, Imaging the Orchestra V.1 Bhavisha Panchia and A4's director Josh Ginsburg marks the end of the exhibition. Panchia reflects on her research into sound and listening, the vinyl as a curatorial site, as well as the politics of existing sound archives on the continent. The conversation engages with the ephemeral qualities and material evidence of sound. A listening session comprised of tracks chosen from the collection of 'Nothing to Commit Records' brings the exhibition to a close.
